LIFE Program Kicks Off Fifth Year with List of Prominent Speakers

Latin’s
Initiative for Ethics program began the 2006-07 school year this fall
by inviting three very different, nationally recognized, ethics
thinkers to the school. Lawrence Quill, director of Stanford
University’s Center on Ethics, Illinois Senator Richard Durbin, and
Harvard University Philosopher Howard Gardner, who directs the
university’s GoodWork Project, spent time with Upper and Middle School
students discussing and debating ethical behavior and thought.
