Standout memory:  Sixth Grade English class...being informed by Mrs. Walsh that if I didn't 
learn to shut up, I'd never make it to seventh grade.  Ironic, isn't  it?...
 
Favorite teacher:  Jeff Ellison for lighting the flame of curiosity...but I think I  learned
more about capitalism from Betty, the lunchroom cashier, than anyone  since.
 
Last good book:  In Harm's Way, Doug Stanton
